Returns
Returns will be accepted within 12 hours of order at no additional charge. If mattresses have been taken out of our warehouse, returns can be accepted within 48 hours and it will be subject o a restocking fee of 15%.

Hassle Free Exchange
We understand that you may not get the right mattress the first time you buy it. Therefore, we provide a 30 days hassle free mattress exchange. There will be no additional charge applied. You only need to pay the differences or we will refund you the difference if you decide to go with a mattress that has a lower price. For example, you bought a $399 mattress and somehow you feel like the comfort level is not right for you. If that happens, we are happy to exchange the right mattress for you. You can try other mattresses and if you feel that the $369 mattress is better for you, we will refund you $30 for the difference.
